Thomas Rolland

Director

Tom has spent his career delivering complex modular and prefabricated projects across Australia, spanning commercial, education, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

As Director of MODCON Solutions, he helps clients build smarter, faster and more efficiently through practical, commercially grounded solutions, across the full project lifecycle from concept and design through to manufacturing, delivery and handover.

With more than 100 modular and commercial projects under his belt, from large-scale education facilities and renewable energy infrastructure to remote workforce accommodation and bespoke commercial builds. Tom's focus is on bridging the gap between traditional construction and modern methods, proving that modular doesn't have to mean standardised.

MODCON Solutions was founded on a simple idea: modular construction should be tailored, not templated. The business works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to develop efficient, buildable solutions shaped around each project's real needs, underpinned by strong relationships, honest communication, and a deep understanding of both the build and the commercial side of things.
