Situated on a constrained riverside site adjacent to established residential areas and community facilities, this multi-dwelling accommodation precinct required careful planning, precise coordination and accelerated delivery. Through an integrated modular construction approach, dwellings were manufactured offsite while civil works progressed onsite, significantly reducing the overall program without compromising quality, safety or design integrity.

Delivering a multi-dwelling precinct on a constrained riverside site required precision planning and smart execution. The location bordered established residential homes, sporting facilities and environmentally sensitive waterways, demanding minimal disruption, careful environmental management and efficient site coordination.
Our solution was a fully integrated modular construction approach. While civil works progressed onsite, homes were simultaneously manufactured offsite in a controlled environment. This parallel workflow reduced time on site, improved quality control and ensured greater certainty across the program.
